But it wasn't an easy journey.
If I had heard the words, "Systems and procedures" one more time, I might have thrown up.
When I consulted for multimillion dollar companies
their managers would say things like...
"Ok, thanks for the training, we will add this to our SOP"
"This belongs to Operations, so we'll add this to Daily Recurring Tasks and review every month"
This all sounded like "corporate shit talk" and too much unnecessary work but when I saw how those companies run, like well oiled machines, I understood why they sell millions of dollars worth of stuff.
But again, I couldn't apply their huge corporate system to my small businesses.
I didn't have a formula I could follow
So, the only way for me to apply this to my businesses was to take all the good bits from the corporate world, systems experience from all my previous businesses, learn from experts like Sam Carpenter (Work the System), Michael Gerber (EMyth) and remold it to fit my Amazon Private Label business.
Then I took these strategies, improved them and pioneered a new formula for building a robust system tailored specifically to you - the Amazon Seller.
